i weigh around 79 kgs and am 5’6″ and i really cant do the pushups u mentioned..i can only do like 5 of em max…and should i only remain on salad and water to lose weight faster?i wanna lose in 2 months as much as i can

I plan on losing weight by placing some heavy duty springs under my keys… so all the hours I spend playing WOW I would have increased resistance on my fingers… does anybody know where I can buy sweatbands for fingers…
